Below you will find the most complete list of Toyota trouble codes available. So few questions.Welcome to the Toyota Check Engine Light codes page. Just looking for as much info on this as I can get. I spliced wire back and bingo! Code went away and cust. Lift had hrs on it so the wiring harness had some wear. Engine would run with fuel mixture ratio motor removed from Lp inlet at carb. I'm glad you found a broken wire in the harness because that's my next step. I'm not impressed with Toyota's recent model. My customer only has hours on their Toyota but this machine has been a lemon since they bought it.

One caveat, we are happy to help our Minnesota and Wisconsin customers with their error codes. As time moves along, lift truck systems are becoming more and more complex, and without the OEM supplied training and tools maintaining these systems becomes too complex for those not called on to do so as part of their day to day actions. There may be many things that you are in fact quite capable of fixing on your forklift, but when dealing with error codes, you may be time and money ahead by simply contacting the local dealer. The goal is to tie together the complaint, the error codes and the commonalities, before proceeding with the hands on troubleshooting portion of the action plan. The focus is how to relate those inputs and outputs to the subsystem sand error codes. Most failures are caused by a single overlying issue. And DO NOT try to trouble shoot any code by blindly following the repair manual, when the truck is working correctly. Notice that this article does not get into checking specific error codes. If it is part of a group of differing codes, start by deducing the common denominator, for the group of codes. At that point our technicians are required to refer to their extensive collection of trouble shooting information and often various OEM supplied diagnostic tools.ĭepending on the unit there are certain codes that pertain to an overall system. With improving self-diagnostics on units you see the lift actually trying to assist the operator or servicing technician in pointing out the way to diagnosing where a problem exists.
